...working together to gather the harvest
Rev. Alfonso Alanis and wife, Chuya have served as National Superintendent since May 2002. Prior to being appointed to this position, Rev. Alanis pastored the church in Monterrey for 8 years. Bro. & Sis. Alanis travel to each of the 13 churches regularly, assisting the pastors in a variety of ways including preaching, teaching, physical construction of buildings, mission outreach, delivering supplies, etc. Also, Rev. Alfonso is currently serving as pastor of our church in Iturbide.

Villa de Garcia is another outreach ministry of the Monterrey church. It is located about 30 minutes (15 miles) west of the Monterrey church. Pastor Antonio Rodriguez and wife Clara have been at this church since Brother Alanis became Superintendent of Churches. Prior to that time, Brother Alanis pastored this church as an outreach ministry. Brother Rodriguez was saved in the Monterrey church and trained by Brother Alanis. The church was started in June 2001. A new colonia (community) is beginning to grow in this area as water comes in. A 21 x 18 lot here cost about $3,500. The Lord blessed and made available a larger lot (30 x 60) with a partial building standing for a pick-up truck trade that had been donated to International Latin Harvest. The church is located about 3 or 4 miles off a decent paved road. The families have accomplished much in a short time to complete the construction of the church.

The Guadalupe church was started in July 1998 as an
outreach of the Monterrey church, The pastor Francisco and his wife Anita now must hold two services on Sunday, because the building will no longer house the entire congregation all together. From time to time they rent a nearby wharehouse to get the whole congregation together. They are praying and seeking the Lord's will for a larger building to meet in. What a wonderful problem!!

Ranchito Church, built in the dump area of Reynosa,  was established as a mission outreach of the Reynosa church.  The 16 x 24 building was constructed in October 2004.
Our Sandia church began as a missionary outreach of the Iturbide church.  The church building, which is constructed of adobe brick, was built in 2000.  A Sunday School annex was added in 2006. The Iturbide area pastors rotate holding services for this remote village church.

Madrono Church was begun in 2002.  Madrono is a small village way up in the montains from Iturbide.  Travel time by vehicle from Iturbide to Madrono is about 2 1/2 hours.  Pastors Benito and Isabel Ojeda are out of the Iturbide church and have pastored in Madrono for the last four years.  They drive weekly to the area to minister to the people and have services.  In November, 2006 this new church building was built and dedicated.

Monterrey Church began in 1994 and is now pastored by Rev. Luis & Mayela Diez.  This church is located on a small corner lot and the only way to expand was up, therefore, the church now has an auditorium balcony and the Sunday School facilities are located on the upper story.
